Hello artsy friends stopping in today..
I hope you are all having a beautiful fall day and a great start to your week!
I am sharing one of my FAV feature I did last year for my 1st Fall Crawl.
It was a huge hit and a lot of people loved how easy and family
friendly it was to do with the kids. Hope you enjoy it again!

~Vintage Candy Corn Bottles ~
& I LOVE it.. I'm in love with everything vintage, I've never been a "modern
kinda gal". I have a lot of vintage inspired items all around the house that I
tend to pick up at yard sales here and there.. My kitchen is a place we tend
to spend a LOT of time in, whenever we have guests, they walk right into
the kitchen, it's rather odd, but I've learned to simply just keep it inviting
and warm, and always have a nice treat for those who seem to
bypass the living room and head straight for the jackpot.. HA!

I'm happy to share an awesome tutorial with you today, on these awesome
candy corn bottles I whipped up for the kitchen table. They turned out so
beautiful. Hope you fall in love with them as much as we have
around here..The Kids really enjoy the overall look!

❤
*Krylon☺
~ White, Yellow & Orange!~
*Bottles of your choice
I made use of empty vodka and Izze Bottles
.......Really, that's IT!!!
Lets Get Crafty
To begin, I cleaned off the bottles making sure all the labels where off
(soaking the bottle overnight helped or use a metal sponge to get the labels off.)
After my bottles where cleaned off, I went HAPPY SPRAY PAINTING!!
I took my bottles, my paints, went outside and started to them..
1st Coat White.....2nd Coat Orange.......3rd Coat Yellow!!!
For an old vintage feel, I allowed the paint to drip a little bit all around (it's not too
clear in these photo's unfortunately, but you can see the drip in the final outcome..). I
waited about 10minutes between each coat to ensure the bottles where dry before
adding more paint.. So fun and easy! This literally took maybe 20mins!!
I chipped the tops a little to add a more vintage feel to the bottles..
That's IT!!! I arranged them on a tray with a vase full of fall flowers
and placed them in the kitchen for a very fun and fall inspired look!!
I'm loving every bit of fall!!
