.............S'mores Galore!Yum.
, I am going to share a simple and fun winter heartwarming treat with you today.. These
s'more goodies are guaranteed to totally melt you away!! SO freaking YUMMMY!!
Artsy Items Needed
Marshmallows * * * Coconut Flakes * * * Semi Sweet Dark chocolate
Graham Cracker Squares * * * Fresh Blackberries * * * Fresh Raspberries
Butter (Melted) * * * Skewers (break each in half)
READY...? SET...? WHIP AWAY!!
To begin, preheat your broiler. Place your chocolate in microwave safe bowl and
melt for about 2-3minutes or until fully melted. Stir to smooth with spoon and set aside.
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray. Place your
butter (melted) in a bowl and your coconut flakes in a shallow dish next to each other
for dipping. Roll each marshmallow in butter, roll in coconut coating and fully covering..
When all your marshmallow's are covered, thread your berries and marshmallows
carefully on your skewers and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle any left over coconut flakes
atop marshmallows. Set aside and spoon your chocolate onto your graham cracker halves
and arrange on your platter (for serving). Broil skewers 3-4inches from heat for about
2minutes or quickly enough for marshmallow's to brown turning halfway through to
brown each side. This happens QUICK so be very careful..Serve immediately after
by placing your skewers on your chocolate coated graham crackers on your platter!
You can create graham cracker sandwiches or DEVOUR them as is!!
SO IRRESISTIBLE AND AWESOME!!
Really fun and winter warming recipe to share with your children. The coconut add's
a fun texture, twist and taste alongside the chocolate.. VERY DELICIOUS.. !!!
